"Went to boba love today while waiting for my laundry to dry. A cute little boba shop next to huong lan on Tully. I’ve been here a few times and every time I get the same thing, the banh khot. I don’t know anywhere else that does it like this. It came out in 5 minutes, so crispy and they didn’t didn’t skimp on the veggies and banh khot. This all came out to about $16 which is not bad for all that. You can share it too, enough for 2 people. They give you a big container of fish sauce so you can pour as much as you please."

"WOW!!! This is Definitely my New Boba Love Spot! This Boba Love is Hidden next to Huong Lan Sandwich in San Jose off of King and Tully Road. Plenty of Parking here. "Perfect weather to get boba today. We also wanted somewhere cheap. This place was suggested of having a deal: Buy 2 and you get one free. I called to make sure the deal was still happening and the lady on the phone said, Yes! We got thai milk teas, brown sugar, and taro for the free deal, $16.95 for 3 drinks. Taro milk tea was perfect. It wasn't too sweet even when i ordered 100% sugar."

"Order: Rose Milk Tea with strawberry jelly, 50% sweet Was on the hunt for a new boba place that I haven't tried yet. With so many options, I zeroed on this location. The rose milk tea is the one that stood out the most. I personally prefer 50% sweet because jelly always adds sweetness to the drink. I really enjoyed this flavor. They were out of the egg pudding topping, so I would like to try that eventually. The next visit will also include a snack food option."
